DYNAMIC CORE STUDIO PVT LTD ("NUFLOE") TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Thank you for choosing Nufloe. By booking or attending our classes, you agree to the following terms designed to ensure a safe, inclusive, and high-quality experience for all clients:
- All sessions must be booked via the Nufloe app.
- Full payment is required at the time of booking.
- Packages, private sessions, and memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Each package has a set expiry period communicated at purchase.
- Unused sessions will expire unless an extension is granted on a case-by-case basis.
Group Classes: Cancel at least 12 hours in advance to avoid session deduction.
Private Sessions: Require 24 hours’ notice; late cancellations will forfeit the session.
No exceptions unless under documented, extraordinary circumstances. All cancellations must be made via the app.
- Must be used within the stated validity period (typically 30 days).
- No extensions or changes unless approved by Nufloe management.
- Inform us of injuries, conditions, or postnatal recovery plans before booking.
- An assessment may be required before joining group classes.
- You may be guided toward private or physio-integrated sessions for safety.
- Arrive 10 minutes early for setup.
- Late arrivals may not be allowed in once class begins.
- Grip socks are mandatory for all classes.
- Notify instructors of injuries, conditions, or pregnancy.
- Participation is at your own risk; Nufloe is not liable for injuries from undisclosed issues or ignored guidance.
- Maintain a respectful and quiet environment.
- Phones must be silenced during class.
- Misconduct may result in removal or suspension.
- Nufloe is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Keep valuables in sight.
- Studio content may include photos/videos for promotion. Please inform staff if you wish to opt out.
- We may substitute instructors or cancel sessions when needed, with prior notice whenever possible.
Access may be suspended or terminated (without refund) for:
- Repeated no-shows or late cancellations
- Unsafe or disruptive behavior
- Violation of these terms
By attending a session at Nufloe, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
